I times 2 the arch recommendation and it’s a rolling release so if there were new updates you would auto get those. If u need a more custom set up then gentoo it.

@TrashCat Solus. I also have used Opensuse Tumbleweed. Might be worth a try but on Solus it was rough. The biggest difference I think with Solus is it is still on X11
