Koodo's does Not serve its customers!
I have a problem with my phone today. I go over to see them and ask them my question and looking for help so I can better use the phone they bill me for each month. The sales clerk hearing my stumbling question about the voice record mode. He just shakes his head and tells they don't have it.
How in the world they have that person working there?
I was lost for words and scolded him to try and get how he could say such a thing of the phone he is selling everyday. Totally dumbfounding! His supervisor took his employee side and told me to leave. This after 30 secs.
Horrible customer service.
I guess they just want to sell stuff to Suckers and Not Serve them once the deal is signed!
My last word is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KOODO!
