Mobile phones Do your ears feel numb n have some hearing loss after using them?

Longpatrol · 31-35, M
My brain feels numb and I have some IQ loss after using it, is that the same?
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Longpatrol That would depend on the interlocutor in my case 💀

I use earbuds...the phone isn't next to my head.
@Peaceful good
I don't use a smartphone. I have a cheap cell phone that I use maybe 2 or 3 times a month and only on speaker. I don't talk to anyone unless I have to.
@Senecaa I do everything on my computer.
Senecaa · 70-79, M
@WonderGirl1 do you use your computer for all things,
phone calls as well or do you use a normal phone? As communication by letter to people? Business's friends, family etc.
@Senecaa Yes, I make calls from my PC. I have 2 numbers and voicemails. One for business and the other for personal. When I get a voicemail google sends me a transcript of the message. So I actually have the text of my voice-mails. I put on a headset and talk hands-free. I don't have a landline.

NO:

a). My conversations on mine are few and far between and usually limited to what needs be said.

b) The volume is not sufficient to be hazardous.

Nor do I have any such symptoms from my land-line 'phone, which handles the bulk of my telephone calls.
