Cats with CRF

Y cat has CRF he won’t eat special diet so I have to give him Ipakitine in normal food. He’s got constipated since having to use this binder and now has to have lactulose as well!!! Poor boy. I’m at my wit’s end trying to get him sorted-has anyone else had this problem with ipakitine. HELP
