Some of my good friend tells me to mature up but when I dont know what I am then how can I know should I should do

Actually I have two personality, at home I am quiet, reserved, introvert and only communicate with few people but in office I am totally outgoing type of person, I am so much talkative, I communicate with each and everyone, I have so many friends and some really do care about me too, I am like multitasker here so most of the staffs searches me for their works, actually I am happy person in my workplace. I am really confused with my personality myself.
