My head hurts and my neck also hurts, is there any correlation between these two.

Yes, the two are connected. Your spine is connected to your head, and if your neck or shoulders become sore, ask yourself if it just came out of the blue for no reason, (could be meningitis), or if you have been typing too long and straining your neck and shoulders.

If it's the latter, stop doing the activity that caused the soreness. If there is no reason, see your doctor.

@cupidnpsyche Have you been using your phone excessively, looking down? Have you been using a laptop or other device excessively?

@cupidnpsyche It is posture strain. Used to happen to me when I was reading, so I had to buy a book stand and bring the stand up to the level of my eyes. That way I could sit straight without bending my neck.

If you've hurt yourself already, and continue the same activity, you might actually pull something, so it's time to stop.

Both can hurt for several reasons. Common headaches, cervical spine problems, meningitis. Tension, posture. It could be any of these, or something else.

Think its called a tension headache.
