I am not deserving of love. I didn't appreciate my ex or treat them how they deserved

I don't deserve love, I don't deserve forgiveness, I don't deserve a second chance. I am not asking them for that as it's not fair. I blew it. I want to be a better person and never do this again. I wish I could erase all the hurt I caused, there's no fixing it.

Often there is no second chance with that person but if you learn from it there’s no reason why you can’t connect with someone new. Life is all about being better continually and learning from mistakes

That’s all not true. You are deserving of love.

We all fuck up and make mistakes. Whether or not you can make things up with that one person - the best thing you can do to ensure it doesn’t happen again is forgive yourself, pick yourself up and move forward
