Nor do we have the right to try to force others to think as we do.

Otherwise we commit the same error of arrogance.
Any of us can be wrong and not know it (until some consequence hits us hard).

We can offer education,
publish our ideas with evidence, logic, and discussions of the pros and cons,
and it's like providing fresh water and keeping it permanently and easily accessible.

We can incorporate ideas into fiction and culture so that it becomes a background influence.

That way, when a person is ready they can reach for it.

The young are susceptible to new ideas. Progress is made with them.

It's brain wiring and chemistry. No amount of of reasoning can fix that in one night.
