I think I'm just naturally a repelling person

I dont think its all bad to be a bit detached. I dont stay in touch with friends and family well. Not that i dont care about them and i think of them often, im just boring and i dont have much to say. Im lucky for the people in my life that just Get It about me and are unbothered by my lack of presence

If It bothers you do try and make an effort to stay connected, even if it feels like a chore sometimes.
It's good to take breaks when you need them but don't let connections vanish out of neglect.
