In my head. I won’t allow the follow through. I will feel bad for the in my head part too, so I try to let it go

In all truth, the only one I’ve harmed in spite is myself.

I'm more of a "pretend you don't exist anymore" person if someone makes me feel that bad.

It's so traumatic that it hurts to talk about lmao. But yes....
