@itsok you have vitiligo? I always think that looks beautiful. My current boss has that on his arms and hands. He is Indian so there is like a distinct difference in skin color in beautiful patches… like splashes of paint. He is an old man, and he has no issues showing his arms and just rocking it (he does have a comb over though… plz don’t rock that ever)
Just being descended from people who practiced Vodou, probably. They had to do it in relative secrecy. I don’t even practice it myself, but on break at work once, I was discussing the similarities between rituals I’d observed with a Wiccan’s and one of our "Christian" co-workers accused us of being "devil-worshippers". 🙄

Probably my habit of lighting candles and praying to little statues. Or my habit of talking to trees, especially when I need to prune their branches. Possibly my literal worship of the earth.
