Putin thought conquering Ukraine as a whole would've been as easy as conquering Crimea in 2014.

What followed is the consequence of this big f*ckup.

Taking out the tunnels in the Ukraine which have been used for trafficking humans, especially children, trafficking drugs, and trafficking other things….crimes against humanity is being done in Ukraine, and bio-labs creating bioweapons. It was too close to home for Russia to have it right on their doorstep. And there was an extensive tunnel network there.
