Why is gun control necessary and what I suggest.

Why: It's because, a bomb and a gun are two things that can create mass violence with lesser effort.

Suggestion: Trackable guns. Artificial Intelligence is good to keep the tracking going. If the gun is near school, public place, some place unusual or if the tracker goes off the warning is sent. Rounds of bullets counted. If the gun is opened to remove the tracker, warning is sent.
