@Heartlander We got homeless people living in meth camps here and some of them end up drowning. Two drowned in shallow water at night and a third drowned in a small lake by some woods on the edge of the city, another froze to death in the camp area and his body found in early spring when someone was walking down the path.

@TexChik There’s been homeless camps along the river for more than 10 years. Someone I used to work with said that his church would have volunteers go down there once a month to take turns handing out bag lunches to the people. He said it was always kind of scary because there were druggies down there too and sometimes violent.
