I have no near neighbours, but I would not be offended if I did and they were naked. I would undress only among women.

i was often nude in my employer's country side garden and always inviting neighbors to be there ( no matter clothed or naked ) but except two of them all are avoiding me always🤪

Sure I'd be fine with it if they were naked, and I'd be eager to strip as well if they were cool with it. I recently became a nudist so it would be kinda wrong of me to take offense to such behavior.
