I enjoyed talking to everybody at the college and watching their reaction to me stripping in front of them. On my way to the nightclub, I started receiving several calls from women who were interested, I stopped and pulled over so I could talk to safely. I asked them to stop by the club tonight so they can experience what they are about to get into then decide if they really want to do this and they can also take time to talk to Charles.
I got to the club about two hours early so I can go over everything, I asked Charles if I could please use his computer to make a schedule for the girls and he said anytime, after developing the schedule I printed it out then posted it where the girls break room was so everyone could see it. As I was doing that, I received a call from a bartender that was very interested in working at the nightclub and would like to come in and talk to us about I, I also scheduled him to come in tonight so that we can talk and he can meet with Charles to go over the details.
I then joined Charles at the end of the bar and we discussed the new bartender coming in and talking with him about the job details and I said several girls that are interested in working here are also going to come in tonight so they can see for themselves what they will be getting into if they take this position and I said this would be a good opportunity for you to talk to them too. Charles said that he’s very impressed because he’s always found it difficult to find waitresses and bartenders and I found them in one day.
It was getting close to opening time so I went back to join the girls and many of them were looking at the schedule, I asked everyone what they thought about it. Most of them said they’re not looking forward to staying after work and cleaning, but they did understand.
I told them that several girls were coming in tonight to experience the nightclub and to watch us work. They will also be talking to Charles and he will be the one to decide who will be working. They were all very excited that new people were coming in so they wouldn’t be so stressed.
After talking with them for a few minutes, catching out on gossip and return out front and as usual, the three men at the bar, we’re very glad to see me. I stopped and talked with them for a few minutes and said that I was sorry I couldn’t dance with them right away, but if I get time I will, as they were looking around they noticed that the other waitresses were also nude and they ask is everyone going to be working tonight naked? I said yes they will and don’t be hesitant to ask them to dance.
A little before seven people started coming in and fairly large groups, to my surprise the girls that wanted to interview for waitressing also came in, and I didn’t expect them to come naked. My area was slow for the moment, so I joined them and asked them if they wanted to meet Charles. As we walked up, Charles looked up from his paper and couldn’t believe his eyes several naked women standing in front of him all looking for work each one of them introduced themselves, and he explained the pay how the tips work. They were very satisfied with what he had to tell them. I then took them to the back to the break room so we could all sit down and talk in private. I picked up my notebook from behind the bar and when we all sat down, I started taking notes each girl I talk to I would put their name down and make a little notations as I was talking with them. some of the things I wrote down is if they were shy around people if they seem withdrawn and not interactive, I also noted if they had tan lines. As I talked with each one I got some understanding as to their personality and made notes next to their names when we were all done. I said please go out to the club floor and dance with patrons. Have a good time and the drinks are on the house the house. I then reminded them of the rules of the club now groping no touching unless you want to be touched. Keep hands above the ass and make it very clear to the person you’re dancing with that It will not be permitted. if you have any issues at all with anyone to signal me or one of the security personnel, and they will be there to help you immediately.
I then returned to Charles with my notes and said I asked them to go out on the floor and dance with the customers and that their drinks will be on the house if that’s OK. He said that’s perfect. He will be able to see who is able to dance and who’s not And if he has any questions regarding anyone of them, he will call me over.
By then received a call from the new bartender that he will be there shortly and I told him I will be looking out for him. When he arrived, he looked around and was just amazed at how many people there were in the nightclub, especially so many naked girls. We walked over to the bar and sat down and talked for a few minutes. Then I introduced him to Charles and they talked for a while before introducing him too Tom our bartender. After Charles checked his credentials and licenses he asked him if he would be available tonight to work from 9 to 12 and that he would pay cash. He said he will give him a good opportunity to check everything out if and if he likes it, he can start tomorrow. I told them I had to return back to the floor because my area was getting extremely busy so I told them I will talk with him later
Even though it was extremely busy it was fun. The girls that came in for interviews stayed most of the night drinking while laughing and dancing. The customers even looking like they were having a great time when I took a break for a couple of minutes, I talked with some of the girls and they said they were making so many tips they couldn’t count it. Several times throughout the night Charles would call me over with questions about a certain girl and would point them out to me. I would then bring them over to the bar and Charles would talk with them a little more by the end of the night he had made his selection of the girls That he thought would be a good fit. When the girls were getting ready to leave, I gripped them together and Charles and I sat down with them and he let them know what girls he would be hiring and he said to all of them that he will keep their information And if he needs any additional waitresses/dancers, I will be calling them. The girls that were not chosen looked disappointed, but understood. I walked out with them and seeing the police car in front of the building made them nervous so I told them please join me. I’ll introduce you to them. When I walked up with all these naked girls, the police officer got out of his car Came again. This was a new officer. I’ve never met. I introduced myself and said that some of these girls will be working here tomorrow and I thought it would be a good idea for them to meet you. I told the girls that he was there to make sure that we were all safe And didn’t get harassed by anyone. I went up to him, shook his hand and gave a kiss on the cheek and said I really do appreciate you keeping us all safe and wished him to have a safe night then I return back to the club.
As the night was closing, I sat down next to Charles and ask him what he thought about the night and was he happy with the outcome. He smiled at me and said that I handled everything so well bringing in the girls, the bartender the after some more training he may ask me to be manager he said, but you have so much to learn yet about the business. He said at some point I’m going to have to take you off the floor so I can teach you. I told him I would be looking forward to that. I gave him a kiss. Good night, then headed out with the other girls.
