ok as a female yes I watch porn to keep myself happy and enjoy it now and then.
But I have a few questions.... Can porn lower your expectation of sex or higher like unrealistic?

Also is it true people in a relationship still watch porn solo?
Can watching porn make to do less sexual stuff as a couple than solo? just curious.

Porn makes your expectations go awfully highly.its highly unrealistic and some of the positions are no fun at all.

The good side of porn is that it releives your frustration instantly.i wouldn't say that you should not enjoy porn but dont think about it while having quality time with your partner.just think of him at that time instead of the pornstars.

I think porn can give unrealistic expectations of sex. I also think people in relationships watch porn solo. Sometimes you just need that visual stimulation. Especially if you live in a sexless marriage.
