Anyone can go to a nude beach. If this is the case do you consider it public or private. If it's public then is it considered public nudity? [I Nude Beach]

It’s public nudity, allowed. But one thing being legal in one place doesn’t mean it’s legal everywhere.

I think its public. The nude beach I go to is open to everyone, so I've always thought of it as that

I don't think it really matters, public nudity laws are dumb. Nobody's ever been hurt or died just because they simply saw someone naked whether it was in public or not. I think people should just be allowed to be comfortable when they go out even if that means being naked in public. It doesn't hurt anyone, and never will.

It's public, and it's public nudity, and either allowed or officials just look the other way so long as people stay in the expected area. On the beach I go to, anyone can (and many do) stroll down from the clothed area. Because it's still a public space, lol

It is a public place. There are however many public places where there are rules to be followed.

Is there a problem with public nudity? It's not like it's illegal (unless you live in a repressive regime).
