It's a black and white issue. People, both male and female, either like or dislike anal sex. I've not yet found middle ground, although others may have done so. It needn't hurt the first time, if care has been taken to prepare the recipient for the act. In practice the preparation is often less than desirable, and in those instances it may well hurt.
