I’ve been having a considerable amount of pain and no sleep. I often have used incredibly shitty behavior and no appropriate language.

I’m embarrassed by my behavior after I haven’t had sleep in several days.

I have done this also in the past, but at least you recognise it. and that's a big thing imo. don't worry. I have never seen that behaviour from you, not that I'm here in the evening.
