If she is pardoned....and she accepts the pardon....she remains a convict felon.
Should she ever testify under oath, she must tell the truth...the whole truth....and nothing but the truth.
She can not plead the 5th. She must answer the question. If she lies, even once, she can be immediately jailed for lying under oath.
