If she is pardoned....and she accepts the pardon....she remains a convict felon.

Should she ever testify under oath, she must tell the truth...the whole truth....and nothing but the truth.
She can not plead the 5th. She must answer the question. If she lies, even once, she can be immediately jailed for lying under oath.

He is almost certain to pardon her. If her appeal for a new trial is granted she will sing like an opera star to make a deal. If the appeal is denied she will trade what she knows for a commuted sentence. The pardon watch should begin soon.

I think it should be obvious, the Biden administration suppressed the report in the first place. Most likely out of a derp respect for the former president, Trump!
