@justanothername This had been coming for a long time and she held off announcing the Law Suit before the midterms. Petsonslly I think Her and the Justice Dept gave an advantage to the Republicans by not announcing before midterms.

@Pitchblue Not necessarily. Announcing beforehand would have let the Republicans campaign on “save Trump.” Regardless, Trump held off on announcing his candidacy so it was appropriate for James to wait too. Same for Garland announcing the appointment of Smith as Special Prosecutor.
