Is Merrick Garland the brilliant legal scholar who should single-handedly be running the SCOTUS as constantly Proclaimed by the MSM?

or is he a vindictive petty little pathetic man put in a position of “power” (in reality a position to do the bidding of those who rewarded the Fauci wannabe)?

Kindergartners are more thoughtful selecting kickball teams than Garland has appeared as the individual entrusted with protecting our Constitutional rights.

I'm gonna go with 'vindictive petty little pathetic man put in a position of “power” .

His mother even refers to Garland as a loser. @PatKirby

You think Garland is capable of such an ambitious accomplishment? @Budwick

He's a biased and corrupt little troll, taking his orders from the America-hating traitor, Obama.

@jackjjackson He's not the top demon, but he's as evil as they come.

Merrick Garland has been catapulted into the position of champion of the Left belting out excuses, tall tales and promises of woe to those who dare resist this scarecrow as it represents the last vestige of hope of what remains of a failing corrupt agency. Like a scared bully that's been caught red handed, he casts blame of his misdeeds onto his prey in a feeble attempt to absolve himself, and office, of guilt that all can clearly see like the Emperor's New Clothes.

Merrick Garland is merely an extension of FBIden's legacy of corruption of the system. Let those who are worthy unceremoniously take this flea-infested, dilapidated and dying carcass of a once trusted agency to the side of the road and mercifully put it out of its misery.

Merrick Garland screeching from his podium of DoubleSpeak telling you he's a Good Guy is like a Dirty Cop telling you to look up the word 'police' in the dictionary. Somewhere in a dingy back room a coven is missing its Warlock.
He's deep state Silly Putty. They mold him any way they want.

I was going to say “He outwitted the former president,” …. But that isn’t a very high bar….🤔
@jackjjackson Looks like they tried pretty hard to get Trump to turn over those documents prior to the search warrant.

The former president returned 15 boxes of material to the National Archives in January, but the Justice Department issued a subpoena in May for documents that it believed were still at his club. On June 3, counterintelligence officials with the Justice Department’s national security division went to Mar-a-Lago to collect remaining documents with classified markings.

At that point, at least one Trump lawyer signed a statement saying material with the classified markings had been returned, according to four people familiar with the document, although it was not clear specifically what the statement attested to. The two lawyers on site for the meeting who worked with Mr. Trump were Mr. Corcoran and Christina Bobb.

But officials then used a subpoena to obtain surveillance footage of the hallway outside a storage room at Mar-a-Lago and saw something that alarmed them. They also received information from at least one witness who indicated that more material might remain at the residence, people familiar with the investigation said.

Shouldn’t they be hounding the lying lawyer? @ElwoodBlues
@jackjjackson Kinda depends on who gave assurances to the lawyer, doesn't it? sorry, dude, all roads lead to Trump being the violator of the Espionage Act.

UPDATE

And now we have the smoking gun.

Trump brags about his secret documents on this 2021 recording. He had an aide (likely Margo Martin) using a laptop to record all his interviews, etc; this is one of those recordings. Campaign advisor Susie Wiles has been identified as one of the voices on the recording.

“As president, I could have declassified, but now I can't.”

“All sorts of stuff – pages long, look. Wait a minute, let’s see here. I just found, isn’t that amazing? This totally wins my case, you know. Except it is like, highly confidential. Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this.”

I'd say we knew better than to make him a justice. Too bad biden didn't have basic sense.
akindheart · 61-69, F
BINGO. getting his revenge for being shot down the first time around and now we know why
krf336 · M
He is a slimy weasel and has no business practicing law, let alone acting as AG.

If his raid was legit he would not feel any pressure to defend his decision or the DOJ or the FBI. They would have leaked the evidence and pressed charges within hours.
Louis54 · 70-79, M
Or is simply he an honest and intelligent individual trying to do the right thing?
ididntknow · 51-55, M
@Louis54 No he isn’t, he’s a crook
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
He’s a lawyer so he’s clearly not the former. Re intelligence number one it’s relative at those levels and number is it being put to good or evil. @Louis54
