It’s very possible. Some doctors don’t perform abortions, by their own decision, not because it’s prohibited. The ones who support choice are unlikely to want restrictions that might a drive a woman to have a substandard procedure.

Most likely. I saw somewhere that a hospital in Texas denied a pregnant woman of care because of the abortion laws. It's weird you'd thought that's what they want.
