BUT, OJ was never asked to come to the trial he was at his mansion planning the death of other guys he'd seen Nicole with.

It’s a kangaroo court but I’d love to see what a president it would set! Imagine going through every president who is alive and charging them with actual crimes! The absolute insanity that would follow would destroy both the DNC and RNC… and you know what I am 1000% ok with that!

@Ozuye502 I should clarify, the angry face emoji was because you insist on calling it a kangaroo court. It's a preliminary hearing to determine whether a criminal trial is in order.

@LordShadowfire if it wasn’t a kangaroo court they would question Nancy the nipper Pelosi on why she denied Trump’s request for the national guard to work in conjunction with the the capital police… hmmm that might be a very important detail…

@Ozuye502 Are you completely unfamiliar with how a preliminary hearing works? The prosecution goes before a judge or committee with the purpose of proving they have a case in order to move forward with the criminal trial. At these hearings, the prosecution is allowed to bring any witnesses they want, but it's not yet time for the defense to cross-examine them. Cross-examinations don't happen until the criminal trial. In fact, the defendant is an even required to appear at these hearings, which are often called secret indictments.
