I can't blame Roberts too much for that. He's an institutionalist, and his institution got hacked in a way that may screw up a lot of other institutions and people that depend on them.

Why is Roberts afraid of transparency merely arriving ahead of schedule? If this indeed becomes the final opinion, it is just quibbling to be upset over us in the majority who oppose it finding out a month or two earlier.
