The Taliban does NOT love Biden. By a stroke of non genius by the Biden administration they benefitted. It was all and still is window dressing as far as our involvement with them.
Supposedly we have as Joe told us...” over the horizon” capability ( a veiled threat to them) so they will do their things in ways that will catch Joe asleep at the wheel. They will most certainly exploit him at every turn and if that’s a way that they “ love him” then I guess it’s such!

Nation building instead of acting as a police force. But we had 20 years to do that. Way too late now. And every administration can be blamed for that. At least Biden finally stopped an obviously failed war.
