I can't decide if I should work out early or just go back to sleep

Exercise is great and all but I really don't want to leave my bed for another few months

Got up at 6.15 for no reason. Decided it was better if I took my bike for a ride before the furnace also known as "Sun" turned to its maximum setting and I am not regretting it 😎
Not a fan of morning workouts

@BeefySenpie nor am I tbh. I prefer mid to late afternoon, when I'm awake and alert.

I'm onky considering it because I'm bored 😅

Go to sleep. Your results are not gonna be great if you’re not sleeping well. You need to be fully rested so you have more energy. And remember that muscles grow during your sleep and rest time.

I workout every morning because I’m busy and don’t have time for it otherwise.
