I Like Serene and Quiet Places
One of the reasons I love my time in the mountains. So peaceful. Plenty of open space to be at one with your thoughts, no worries, just relaxation.

I feel ya my dear. I live in So cal. in the desert. I live right in the foot hills of the rocky Mountains. A few hours of hiking and I can get to the low levels of the mountains. In them there is a tiny mobile home park privately owned. On it the owner has a grocery store, it is right next to a bar he also owns and his house. Once you get to know him, he will sell you a 12 pack from the store and drink it at the bar.
Just above that there is creek, a few acres away, there is a little creek, no more than waist high deep. Just a hand full of people know about he place. great place to be alone. the cool thing about it is, part of the creek bed is part of the mobile home park property, so the rangers cant stop us from drinking there.
