@caccoon I do too, the birds were coming around early this morning when I was hand-watering plants and the fig bushes. A robin flew close and chirped like it was happy and then I look up and see Mississippi kites watching me hold the hose to water and there was a little wren by the corner of the yard chirping too. I know someone with a large fountain and he put a little pump in it and the birds all come around and take baths all day long.
@DeluxedEdition it's actually hypertufa, so it's a mixture of peat moss, vermiculite/perlite, and cement. I made a mold from styrofoam, mix ingredients and then pack it into the mold 😊 a few more steps, but it's pretty simple!
@DeluxedEdition thank you! Because of the mixture, it's actually easy to mold so I just build that scalloped top with my hands (gloves, because the mixture is caustic).
@caccoon I like pointing out when people do good. I do it for my kids, my family (that I can stand lol) my friends and coworkers. I have seen how bad words can hurt people. I am not perfect and I have said things I shouldn’t but I try to spread good with so much negativity in the world today.
