My chicken behaves like my cows, it laid eggs! Why?

I have been waiting for months I got two or three eggs from the cows but my chicken started to lay eggs, like my cow did. I was surprised. Maybe they cross bred? How should I prevent my chicken from laying eggs like cows? Or the eggs were from the cows?

@Nimbus I like Mr. Bean. If we had comedy shows like that on TV here I’d be watching them. It’s been a long time since I got interested in a new comedy show on TV, probably 15 years.

I would say the golden days of Brit TV have long gone to be replaced bt the likes of NETFLIX.

@Nimbus I don’t have NetFlix but do watch some of his videos on You Tube. I also like that series where Karl was sent to different countries by Ricky Gervais.
