I agree it is pure laziness!!!
Instead of fining the offenders, make them clean up a mile long section of road.

I threw out a banana peel recently and my 17 year old persecuted me. I never do that and don't know what I was thinking 🤔

Really annoys me that they do it around the neighborhood. Keeping the dog from trying to eat that garbage is tough. Once I wasn't quick enough to get it out of the way and she got really sick.

My dad throws cigarette butts out the window as he's driving.
