What’s worse…?

Hating period. It`ll eat you up inside.

Hating myself. I don’t care who hates me.

Self-hate must be a transitory state where a person has a chance to reconcile or recompense an injured party. At least that is what I have gone through to be at peace with myself.

Self-hatred. You can’t get away from it. 😞

hating yourself is the worst because if you don't love yourself, you cannot love anyone

I believe if you truly deeply love yourself the rest can all be fixed..

Hating yourself because I think it’s easier to get over someone else vs yourself and your actions cause it’s always with you. Just gotta figure out how to cope and move on. Everyone makes mistakes.

I'd say both because they both have a negative impact on life. However, if you feel guilt, ashamed of yourself, and/or harming yourself internally, then hating yourself will be the worst one.

Sometimes hate is jealousy in disguise to be taken as a compliment of your virtues . Self hate is caused by your own high standards
