Sure, some would claim to want peace & stability, then turn around and sell out their own neighbors and/or sell information on us to the enemy. Idiot politicians think they can be civilized/"westernized", but those people know nothing of civility and morality, never have, and probably never will; they're still as barbaric as their medieval ancestors.
We'd be better off making an example out of the whole lot of them...
