I've personally got introduced to the whole genre with Rammstein. Although they're not purely/exclusively Industrial metal I guess 🤔

@Elessar Rammstein, Nine Inch Nails, Ministry are the usual gates to the genre. Mine was NIN. Later I discovered purer and more interesting bands like Godflesh or Skin Chamber among others.

As far as US metal my favorite metal is 80's, but European metal is pretty bad ass also.
