There's still no way for me to be able to get a hold of someone from customer service or technical support on the phone. I get a machine and it tells me to put in codes or ID numbers that I don't even have. I keep hitting a dead end. There's no contact information for the billing department to put my subscription on hold until I can find a way to download the specific version of the software Im using. I purchased it but can't download it.
