Well I guess I'm a bass player now.

I've been playing guitar since I was 14. Recently I've been jamming with some guys and I have switched to bass. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe my skills as a guitarist translate. Or maybe I just mesh well with the drummer. But I kinda like bass now. It just feels.. right.
