Same mistakes they made back in 08 when the market crashed. Selling houses for 4 times the real value at some crazy interest rate to first time buyers and hopeful investors. The banks will end up owning 75% of them by next year. Theyll sell the mortgage off to some retirement account or investment firm. Then they will sit on the property for years with a paper notice in the window. Seen them all over the neighborhood for years from the last bubble
