Still can't rock with DC though. Why tf are their movies & shows so insanely boring? I've tried the Batmans, Supermans, Aquamans. I always turn them off halfway through

The authors of the current comics have addressed that. They've retconned him again, and given him the power to hypnotize people at close range. It's not strong hypnosis, mind you, just enough to make them not realize that Superman is Clark Kent.
