I miss the Star Wars Expanded Universe

Just read one of the New Jedi Order novels, so much depth to the characters, and I quite literally grew up with them. Started reading them when I was 12 or thirteen and by the time I grew up, Disney has fallen to the Dark Side and death star'd the whole 'verse
