Haven’t seen it yet….can’t turn on my TV since I’m renovating that room. 🥺
Is it on Prime?

im curious about it. I've seen lots of fan wrath about it, so glad to hear some neutral to positive things
(Spoilers)
@stound watched the first episode last night. Its... interesting, but i think theres some difficulty for the writers. They are very hemmed in with what they can do - a hardline back story they cant redo, a definitive target for where they have to get to - the 3rd movie line and they're pressing close to the rails [leia was kidnapped at $young age and he got called in on it... but she didn't meet him or remember later?]. So far its not really holding together very well. Id much rather see more about other aprts of the sw universe. People who haven't been in 8 movies already. Planets we haven't seen from 30 angles. I wish they would quit trying to ride the dead bones of long ago successful characters and branch out, even if just a little - like they sorta did with the madalorian

Given what Disney did with the last two films I just can't bring myself to watch anymore 😞

I saw the first episode last night. It's interesting, but unfortunately, I already know what's going to happen with Luke and Leia. I won't say here, because spoilers.

@LordShadowfire Well if Luke and Leia don't get it on in the end, then there's something weird going on. I mean, the only way it wouldn't happen is if they were brother and sister.
Looking forward to Return of the Jedi!!

I'm watching the Star Wars saga in chronological order. Have been since the 4th. I'll probably watch Kenobi pretty soon, because right now, I'm on The Bad Batch.

@MsAnnThropy "The Bad Batch" is a continuation of the animated series "The Clone Wars". Chronologically, most of "The Clone Wars" takes place between "Attack Of The Clones" (Episode II) and "Revenge Of The Sith" (Episode III). The finale of "The Clone Wars" takes place at the same time as the events in "Revenge Of The Sith". "The Bad Batch" follows a troop of five "genetically defective" clones known officially as Troop 99, unofficially known as the Bad Batch. Troop 99 was first introduced in "The Clone Wars". Their own series begins in the wake of Order 66, given at the tail end of "Revenge Of The Sith". Because the members of the Bad Batch are mutated more than the other clones, their inhibitor chips don't work, and they don't turn on the Jedi like the rest of the clones.

Back when George Lucas was head of production, he ran all his ideas by his wife, and she shot down all the stupid ones. So even though the people who made the sequels went from his notebook, they didn't have his wife to tell them which ideas would work and which ones wouldn't.
the sequels. I actually like the prequels.
Same here. Would you like to know the secret?Back when George Lucas was head of production, he ran all his ideas by his wife, and she shot down all the stupid ones. Yep, I think I remember hearing that on a like 2 hour video analyzing the films. She was definitely the magic they were missing because damn they made a lot bad decisions. @LordShadowfire
