Powell is indeed a Trump nominee. That's a fact. It's not just what Democrats say .

And Trump did recently complain, erroneously, about Biden having appointed Powell. That is also a fact, and not just what Democrats say.

And these remain facts even if the Democratic party is " dysfunctional and falling apart." You are trying to change the subject.
