I wish I can help you. What's the progress?

@mindstruggle I'm removing the old wood and there is an embedded stuck screw with the head missing in an awkward position. Need to buy an attachment for mt multitool to cut through it cause nothing else is working and I don't want to destroy everything around it to get it out. once that's done I can install all the new wood and that should go fast :)

Oh man! Those embedded headless screws are the absolute worst (pretends I know this stuff lol). Sounds like a solid plan with the multitool tho, hopefully the hardware store run is quick and you can smash through the rest of the woodwork.
