This scene from Brooklyn Nine Nine makes me laugh inside whenever I think of it.

There were three police officers in a police car a Hispanic lady a white dude and a black captain. The white dude was talking non stop and the captain asks the lady if the dude is always like that and she says "he's like a white noise machine".

I only watched about 5 episodes I'm still getting familiar with the names.
