I wouldn't really call them super villains. Just villains.
But villains movie wise, I enjoyed watching Descendants. It's refreshing away from the typical Disney stuff.
Supervillain name wise, Moriarty (Sherlock's nemesis) comes to mind. Ooh and Klaus Mikaelson!

Would you consider the Joker a super villain? I don't know, I'm not really into super hero movies
Except for Pixar's the Incredibles, Syndrome was an awesome villain

I grew up on them. They always gave a moral statement at the end.

Yes. Like suicide squad. Megamind, Arcane....um...IDK it's annoying when a villain is stupid or transparent. Also annoying that villains prominently out themselves before consolidating power. Like in animes. When there is a literal system sometimes to assist in gaining power. Like dude, gain all the personal power you can BEFORE becoming a world target. Seems obvious to me.

I like happy movies
I think the Borg Queen was an AMAZING super-villain!
@AllycatAD I think there is another super-villain, not so well-known: AI, e.g. Skynet
