Does The Female Audience Insist Female Actresses Look Perfect?

That's the character Sabine Moreau (Léa Seydoux), supposedly the best assassin in the world from one of the Mission Impossible movies.
It always bothered me because she is default one of the worst, because EVERYONE will notice her, and can give a very detailed discription of her from even a block away. Cops will be able to trace her movements across the city by showing the very realistic drawing the police sketch artist will come up with. "Have you seen this woman?" "Oh yes" everyone will say.
You gotta like, have a invisible woman if you use a woman at all. No distinguishing marks. Neither beautiful or ugly. The kind of woman who volunteers to cook at a masonic lodge on the weekends for her husband and his friends, completely invisible to the opposite sex.
I've also seen too many shows where it's a couple of men and a woman lost our in the woods or on the run, and the men are all dirty and sweaty, and the woman is absolutely pristine. She looks like a beauty queen. Hair is perfect, no dirt on her. Won't even swipe a little dirt on her cheek so as to better fit in with the boys. She should be fighing off a yeast infection at this point, not looking like she is ready for a glamor shoot.
So I'm convinced these women are dressed this way for the female audience. Yes, they look attractive to the men, but for the women watching it's the only way they can immerse themselves in the storyline, and can't imagine themselves in that role unless they were absolutely perfect. Everytime. Without fail. Always amazijg to look at no matter the circumstances.
