I feel mentally stable enough to enjoy one tonight. No gore, it gives me nightmares😭

Not really a scary movie they are hard to find these days but just one scene in the movie The Black Phone had the audience scream , something I haven't seen at the cinema for a very long time
@ExtremeNext omfg that movie was soooo good. I loved it. What scene was it that they screamed ? I didn’t see it in theaters
I saw the second part of the orphan this past weekend and I liked it. I feel it’s a fitting movie for no gore or nightmares. It’s more psychological and twisted more than anything lol

@Stark ok. Never heard of that one
"When a Stranger Calls" (the first. version - I haven't seen the second) scared the tar out of me.

@Mamapolo2016 wow. Ill check it out

I cant do scary movies. I like watching them just fine. What bothers me is the aftermath. That stuff sticks with me and i have an overactive imagination. Ill spend a week or two completely convinced that there is some psycho hiding in my shower or closet or something. 😆

@MrNightSky me too lol

One of the Annabelle ones, but if you want a really good one, watch The Haunting of Hill House on Netflix. But it has several episodes.

It doesn't get good reviews, but I personally liked a movie called Calibre. I found it more "scary" than most so-called horrors because it was easy to imagine being in the shoes of the main protagonists.
