A saying that tends to go around is a person can use the Bible to argue any position.
Pro slavery? There is a verse for that. Anti slavery there is a verse for that.
Same with women being property, incest, etc...

This makes Bible believers easy to separate actually. Cause good people will use the good parts of the Bible. But evil people will use the evil parts of the Bible.
