I'm in the streets of NYC looking for an epidemic....hard. What does it look like?

Where is it? Where are the people dropping dead in the streets? No one is coughing passing out. No ambulances picking up anyone. Just like covid. If you have no signs of disease , you gotta keep testing hard, keep poking that brain till find a corona virus which have been around and all over since 1980s or 60s if not earlier. If you see a pandemic going on in the streets, let me know. But a lot of closed stores and empty space " for rent" thats something novel in Manhattan
